n/a

The Wood County Historical Museum has transitioned into Holiday mode and is ready to accept our members and visitors for the annual festivities. The Museum staff hopes to see you at a special event or at the tour itself – and we hope you enjoy what all is new this year! Of course our website has all the details: http://woodcountyhistory.org/pr_holidaytour.html The Old Home Holiday Tour starts Saturday, Dec. 7 and runs thru Dec. 19. Special activities on select days include the popular visit from Santa, live music performances, and a working train exhibit, but new this year are Log Cabin activities such as a Civil War Christmas interpretation, and storytelling from nationally-renowned storyteller and author, Csenge Zalka. The “immersive experience” continues throughout the tour, adding our unique history into the festival holiday season.
