This call for submission is open to all Wood County residents, past or present. Applications and details can be found on the museum website at www.woodcountyhistory.org or picked up at the museum Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM, 13660 County Home Road, Bowling Green. Applications are due by September 1, 2015. This is an application process and not all submissions are guaranteed to be included in the exhibit. The Wood County Historical Society reserves the right to accept on loan an entire collection, a portion, or to deny this collection at any time. If accepted, the Collection Owner will work with the Museum’s Curator to negotiate delivery, presentation, and pick-up of all items. Collections will remain on display from February 1 – December 16, 2016. Local history is personal history, and we hope to see how they tie together. The Wood County Historical Museum strives to share the history of Wood County’s residents, and what better way to examine our past but through the collections of today’s citizens.
